The Minuteman Muster 5K & 8K is part of an open house event at the NC National Guard Military Center (near the NC Fairgrounds). The event includes USATF Certified 5K and 8K races, a National Guard & Emergency Services open house, and fun activities for everyone.Runners and spectators will enjoy an open house featuring military, emergency management, and law enforcement equipment displays, and other fun activities. Enjoy the premium race experience provided by Precision Race with state of the art Jaguar timing, real-time race results, and automated finish line photography.

Registration ends on the morning of the race and includes a race t-shirt (if available), swag bag, and race medal. We kindly ask that you please register no later than May 1st to ensure you receive a race t-shirt.

ROTC/High School Teams:
ROTC Members/High School students have to option to register as part of a 5K team at a discounted price. When registering you will be prompted to create or join a team. If you are the first member of your team registering, select "Create a team" and give your team a name. Others can then select/join your team as they register.
ROTC/High school team members are timed/scored along with all other 5K runners. Teams with at least 4 finishers are included in the ROTC/High School Team results, which is the average time of all team finishers.
